Kanthi Ford
An expert management adviser, marketer, project manager, management developer and facilitator, Kanthi coaches clients at all levels, facilitating substantial and sustained improvements in personal and business performance and subsequent growth. Formerly an MD of a multi-media company, she was instrumental in managing relationships with international clients, statutory and Government authorities as well as financial institutions worldwide. As International Marketing Director for a Swedish company, she led the drive to open up new market opportunities in Eastern Europe, Africa and South America. Kanthi speaks at conferences internationally on a wide number of topics, has written several papers and is regularly published.

Sharon Baylis
Sharon Baylis is a graduate of Bristol University (English and Drama) and the Drama Studio. She spent 20 years as a professional actress, working in TV, radio, film, voice-over and on the West End stage. As a partner in Illuminated Word (www.i-word.co.uk) she has written and co-produced over 100 corporate videos, for companies and organisations including National Grid Transco, Heart UK, GlaxoSmithKline, and The European Commission. As a communications consultant she's coached individuals and groups to break though their 'presentation barriers' and discover how to enjoy themselves in front of audiences. A trained counsellor and public speaker, she's also an experienced life coach and workshop facilitator. She has written for a number of publications including in-house journals for large companies, Positive Health Magazine and Reiki Magazine International.

Caron Chung
Caron holds a B.Sc. (Hons) Psychology major and is passionate about helping others achieve their potential. Following 17 years of success within the corporate and consulting arena, Caron now works with executives and professionals to elevate performance, enhance communication and relationship skills and realise their leadership potential. Caron is a professionally trained coach and a master practitioner and trainer of NLP.

Stephen Cotterell
Stephen's international career covers over 25 years in International Financial Services specialising in Asset Management and Investment Fund businesses and professional consulting. He has considerable Board Level experience, practical business acumen and a talent for effective people and communication skills. Without prescribing his solution, Stephen is very skilled at asking laser-accurate questions that quickly reveal a core issue. He is an astoundingly effective and knowledgeable business professional.

Stephen Dark
An excellent interviewer and Researcher, Stephen Dark used to be a London media Journalist. Today he is a well known writer for the Utah press and is awaiting confirmation from Publishers that his novel 'The Gaucho Priest' (working title) has been accepted. He also spent 12 years working in Argentina and is a Spanish speaker. Stephen is based in the United States.

Alistair Harvey
Alistair is a practical and supportive Supply Chain Consultant, with sound international experience. Previously the Head of Contracts for Shell, Alistair has accumulated a significant track record of innovative contract strategies and negotiation. Kim Y. Lim
Kim has 20 years' experience across the full spectrum of public relations disciplines in various regional management positions, including Head of External Affairs (Middle and Far East) for Coca-Cola International and Director of Public Affairs (Asia/Pacific) with Levi Strauss. She has a proven track record in directing the development and implementation of effective communications strategies and programmes in countries throughout Asia Pacific, to suit specific market and cultural environments and help attain key business objectives. Kim is based in Singapore.

Richard Lloyd
As a consultant Richard has operated globally, selling, developing and executing training courses and workshops in change and performance improvement and facilitating many meetings, mostly where the outcome was critical to the business bottom line and where design of an appropriate process was critical. He also worked for SHL Group (formerly Saville and Holdsworth) in the global role of business partnership manager, being responsible for establishing and developing relationships with key HR software suppliers such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle and Microsoft with the aim of embedding psychometric testing in these suppliers' HR applications. Richard has set up European distribution networks, implemented change programs in a number of companies and delivered outstanding growth results.

Charles MacDonald
An astute business adviser, ex Human Resources Director for the international business of Honeywell Inc., Charles has led a vast range of key workforce initiatives and managed change across Honeywell's global operations.

Ana Giles Myers
Working in television and theatre primarily, Ana has developed excellent facilitation skills in the media. She speaks fluent Spanish and French and has acted as translator for international workshops on many occasions. Her clients include the BBC, ITV, Nexen and Hess.

Clive Shore
Clive is a highly experienced strategy consultant, well used to managing complex change programmes. He was previously a partner with Accenture and also led the Experian team that assisted Sir Michael Lyons with his Civil Service Relocation Review. He has managed more than 50 major consulting engagements and is a trained economist, having established the UK regional economic analysis team in the late 1980s.

Christina Teixeira
Christina Teixeira is a highly trained and experienced Personal Energy Consultant and Coach with and extended expertise in both facilitation and holistic therapies. She is an effective inspirational communicator and motivator, with a trade record of achievement in implementing change successfully and efficiently within a holistic approach. She has supported a range of development workshops both nationally and internationally and has just completed an 18 month Leadership and Personal Development programme in the USA in May 2006. Christina is fluent in conversational and written Portuguese.

Chris Whitehead
Chris is a Certified Professional Facilitator conferred by the International Association of Facilitators. He has experience of facilitating change in the Finance, Health, Oil, Transport and Public Sectors in Europe, USA, Asia and the Middle East. Chris is skilled at facilitating large-scale interventions where there are high profile issues affecting diverse interest groups. His clients include AMEC, Bank of Scotland, BP, Department of Food Environment and Rural Affairs (DEFRA), First Group, Marathon, Nirex and Shell.

Charlotte Housden
Charlotte works with senior executives to engage and communicate with their employees, to build culture and values and develop their leaders through training, facilitation and coaching. A Chartered Occupational Psychologist (M.Sc), Charlotte has held senior roles in HR and consulting, at Lloyds TSB, Abbey National, KPMG Consulting and two niche consultancies and now works with senior executives and leaders in organisations across a number of different sectors. She regularly appears on BBC Breakfast TV, presents at conferences and writes for specialist journals and publications.

Edwin Bannock
Edwin Bannock began his career with British Gas in 1976.Youngest District Engineer for one of London’s toughest areas in 1987. In 1990 appointed as District General Manager for a £100 million turnover business unit. He also worked on mergers and acquisitions and was part of a team successfully acquiring assets in South America.
In 1994 he joined the leadership team of Transco and was accountable for over £3billion of revenues. In 1997 he created a world class Business Continuity team recognised by external awards. Led Transco’s successful Y2K Programme and Euro preparations. Chairman of the national Y2K Utilities Group and led dealings with OFGAS, HSE, DTI, European Commission, Cabinet Office and Action 2000. Created Transco’s Affordable Warmth Programme tackling fuel poverty. Awarded Manager of the Year 2000 by Institution of Gas Engineers. Awarded MBE in year 2000 Queen’s birthday honours.
In 2003 appointed Chief Executive Officer of xoserve the commercial clearing house for the gas industry enabling the £5.4 billion sale of gas networks.
In October of 2006 Ed joined Ice Energy as a non executive director and left National Grid in December 2006. Since then has built up a portfolio of diverse interests. He is Non Exec Chairman of Ice Energy a leading provider of renewable energy technology; Associate Director of Pipeline Systems Engineering carrying out Board level strategic reviews; carries out leadership coaching for KFVC Consulting major oil industry clients. He also continues to be a Board Member of the Pipeline Industries Guild and Chairman of their Audit Committee.

Dolpha Freeman
Dolpha has provided consultancy for multinationals since 1999, leading and coaching teams for optimal performance. He is experienced with international, inter-generational and multi-lingual teams – being the liaison across team demarcation lines to deliver options and solutions for the best overall outcome. Dolpha has facilitated organisational change and staff restructuring as well as facilitated groups in personal development and conflict resolution; providing strong communications skills including: team building, mentoring, and giving and receiving feedback. He has held management positions in communications, operations and project management in multinationals and the U.S. Navy since 1991, with 7 years business experience in India. Dolpha lives near Delhi.

Hayley Metcalf
Hayley has spent over 10 years in the field of human resources and recruitment and has gained extensive program/project management experience in a multi-cultural corporate environment.
Since 1999 she has worked in Europe, Middle East and Africa region where she was responsible for advocating the growth and development of three global leadership programs, as well as leading the recruitment strategy for hiring Masters and MBA level graduates. She also had the opportunity to gain experience in organization planning and staffing, training/coaching, performance assessment, salary planning and communications and marketing. In October 2006, Hayley moved to India and joined GE Capital Services India as Assistant Vice-President in Human Resources based out of Mumbai. Her focus in this role was on employee relations and engagement as well as training and development. Subsequently she joined a non profit organization, as Associate Director to further develop and support the organizations mission in strengthening the effectiveness of the non profit sector through the application of best practices, ultimately looking to maximize the investment of social investors and ensure lasting impact for the end beneficiary. Hayley holds a BSc Hons in Psychology and is studying for a diploma in clinical and pastoral counselling skills. She is based in Mumbai, India.
