Don has 28 years of experience with Amoco and BP in leading Refining and Marketing businesses. He has held senior Vice President roles in both Refining Operation and Retail Marketing working in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific. He has lead the turnaround of two major functions; Procurement and IT in CPO/CIO roles that fundamentally changed the performance they achieved in the Refining and Marketing organization. He has a diverse background that includes engineering, operations, and sales with deep skills in leading change and turnaround initiatives. Don has a track record in delivering bottom line results in safety and operations and was recognized for his ability to build high performance teams.
